Setting up the integration between Staffable and eitje

Updated over a week ago

Is your staff under contract with Staffable Payroll? If so, you can easily set up an integration between the two platforms. This ensures that all changes for your team members from Staffable are processed directly in Eitje. This way, you never have to enter information twice and we synchronise the data for you from Staffable to Eitje.

Furthermore, this integration also makes a special export file available. This way, you can automatically forward the time registration data from Eitje to Staffable.

Activate integration

  1. Go to 'Data' > Integrations.

  2. Click on 'Add' next to Staffable.

  3. Enter your Relation ID (you can request this from Staffable) and click 'Activate integration'.

⚠️ Note: Sometimes, Staffable sends a long link and it's unclear what exactly the relation ID is. Example:

The letters and numbers after /relation/ and before /format/ are the relationship ID.

This will ensure Eitje has access to your Staffable environment. All you need to do after this, is selecting the venues you want to link:

  1. Click on 'Venues'.

  2. Select which venues you want to integrate with Staffable.

  3. Click on 'Save'.

Sync team members

After this, your integration is operational and will synchronise automatically every evening.

Want to synchronise right now? Then go to 'My integrations' and click 'Synchronise now' next to Staffable to immediately create all team members from Staffable in Eitje.

End employment of team members

If you want to end the employment of team members, it is important that you do it both in Staffable and in Eitje. You first end the employment in Staffable, then in Eitje. If you only end the employment in Eitje, then the team member will be imported from Staffalbe with every sync. And if you only end the employment in Staffalbe, then the teamlid will remain in Eitje. So do not forget to do it in both places!

⚠️ Note: A contract that is ending is not the same as end of employment.
