You want to know how many hours a team member worked last month or you want to check how many leave hours someone took last year?

This article is about how you can gain insight into the amount of hours in a certain period of your team members. You do this through the view as a table. Be sure to read this article to better understand this view.

Example: You want to know how many 'pending' hours a certain team member has in week 20 (15-21 May) of 2023.

  1. Make sure the columns are grouped per team member, since you want to see all hour entries of a team member grouped together.

  2. Select the period you want to view in the left top corner, in this case by week.
⚠️ Note: If you choose custom period, you can select a maximum of 2 months. Do you want to view hours over a longer period? Then it's best to create an export.

  3. Use the date selection to navigate to the week of the 15th of May.

  4. Now you will see all the hours of the team members that worked in the week of the 15th of May. If you click on a row of a team member, you will see all the individual hour entries.

  5. If you want to see the information of just one team member, then there is a faster way to only see their data. Filter in the top bottom corner by typing the team member's name.

  6. Now you get to see all hours of this team member in week 20 of 2023. This team member has a total of 33 hours. We only want to see the hours that are still 'pending'. Choose the status filter for this at the bottom.

➡️ We can now tell that there are 17 hours 'pending' for this team member in week 20.

You can also obtain this information in another way, through an export. Read more about exports in this article.
