By integrating Eitje with Employes, you ensure that processing your team members' personal data happens automatically.
What does the integration do?
The integration with Eitje: makes sure that you don't have to manually add all the information of your team members. Eitje directly takes all the personal data and contract information of a team member from Employes without you having to do anything.
When signing up new team members: the integration makes sure that if they are officially working for your company, Eitje takes all their information from Employes. This way you don't have to add new team members manually. Every evening at 22h00 new team members are entered into Eitje through an automatic synchronisation.
Contract changes: it is very annoying if you have to adjust contractual information in two different places manually. Think about salary and contract mutations that you need to keep up-to-date all the time. Thanks to the automatic synchronisation, this information is entered in Eitje directly.
Activate integration
To connect your Employes account to Eitje, you just have to fill out the API token from Employes in Eitje. You can do this by navigating to 'Data' > Integrations. Then click 'Add' next to Employes. Here you can enter the token.

After entering these data, the integration is activated and you can immediately start syncing the data of your team members.
Sync team members
After activating the integration, the only thing you have to do is click on 'sync' to synchronise the information of your team members with the information from Employes. You can do this on the Team page in Eitje.
By default, an automatic synchronisation happens daily at 22h00.
End employment of team members
If you want to end the employment of team members, it is important that you do it both in Employes and in Eitje. You first end the employment in Employes, then in Eitje. If you only end the employment in Eitje, then the team member will be imported from Employes with every sync. And if you only end the employment in Employes, then the teamlid will remain in Eitje. So do not forget to do it in both places!
