Why do you get an error when trying to share a photo in a news message?

Are you trying to share a photo in a news message, but it is not working? This probably has something to do with the file extension of your photo.

The following file extensions are supported:

.PNG
.JPG
.JPEG
.GIF

⚠️ Note: if you make photos with an iPhone, they get the .HEIC extension. Through this link you can convert the photo to a .JPG file that you then can use.
