You can access the leave settings in the company settings (top right corner of Eitje).
Open the company settings and search for 'leave'.
Or, in the company settings, navigate to 'Availability', then 'Leave'.
Here is a brief explanation of each setting:
Team members can see which colleagues are on leave
Use the toggle to allow team members to see who is already on leave for the dates they select when requesting time off.
How many days in advance must leave be requested?
The amount of days in advance team members should request leave.Note: Team members with the role 'Approve leave requests' or the Admin can still create a request for the team member.
How many days can the ‘Approve leave’ role reopen leave requests?
This setting limits how far back users with the ‘Approve leave’ role can reconsider closed leave requests.
⚠️ Note: These settings apply to the entire organisation. If you work with multiple venues in Eitje, the same settings will be used for all venues.
