You can submit your availability to let your employer know when you can work. There are three options:
Green: Available all day
Red: Unavailable all day
Orange: Unavailable at a specific time
You can also enter preferred number of shifts (days) in that week under 'Preferred number of shifts'. For example, if you're available all 7 days but don’t want to work more than 4, this is how you can indicate that preference.
Submit availability (app)
Use the menu in the top left corner, and go to 'Requests'.
Go to 'Availability'.
At the top of the screen, select the week.
'Shifts in week': Here you can indicate the number of days you wish to work that week.
Tap the day to change the availability status.
Add a note.
⚠️ Note: Adding a note when changing the status to 'Unavailable' may be required, depending on your employer’s settings.
Save, and go to the next day.

⚠️ Note: If you see this lock, it means that the availability feature is closed for this day, so you cannot make any changes.
Availability template (app)
Is your availability more or less the same each week? In that case, you can use an "availability template". Here's how it work:
Use the menu in the top left corner to go to 'Requests'.
Open 'Availability template'.
First, indicate the preffered number of shifts per week (not mandatory).
Tap each day to set your availability. Add a note, and save.
When done, go back to 'Requests' and go to 'Availability'.
Select the week for which you want to use the template and tap 'Insert your template'.
You might be asked if you want to override existing availability, if anything was submitted before.
Submit availability in the web version
Log in using a browser. You can find the availability feature in two places:
Navigate to 'Team' and go to 'My profile'. In the menu on the left you find the option 'Availability'.
Navigate to 'Planning' and go to 'My availability' to open this feature directly.
You find the following options here:
First, select the week.
At the top, you find the option to indicate the preferred number of shifts for that week.
You can now add your availability day by day.
If they day looks grey, the feature has been closed for submission by your employer for that day, and you can no longer make changes.
Also at the top, you find the template you can use in case your availability is often the same. This allows you to enter your availability much quicker.
