Submit worked hours

When you are finished with your shifts, you can submit your worked hours so they can be approved.

Updated over a week ago

At the end of your shift it is important that you submit your worked hours for the time registration. This is how you do that:

⚠️ Note: You do not have to do this if you are clocking in with the clock system. Read more about it in the next article.

What do the different colours in the time registration mean?

  • Blue: These are the planned times from the schedule, you have not submitted your hours yet.

  • Orange: You have submitted your hours, they are now 'pending'.

  • Green: Your hours have been approved.

  • Purple: These are leave hours.

  • Red: These are sick hours or special leave hours.

This is how you submit your hours:

  1. Go to the app and click on the heading 'Hours'

  2. At the top you choose the period for which you want to see your hours. By default, this is on the current pay period. You get to see all hour entries that fall within the selected period.

  3. Click on your shift that just finished.

  4. Make any adjustments if necessary, for example if you worked longer than mentioned on the schedule.

  5. Click on 'Approve hours'.

Your hours are now submitted and are waiting to be approved by a manager.
