As an admin, you have full control in Eitje, meaning you possess the most extensive permissions. You can also assign specific permissions to other team members. For instance, if you'd like someone else to create the schedule or approve hours, you can grant these permissions by assigning the team member a specific role within Eitje.
Read this article to see which authorisations each role has.
There are eight different roles:
Admin
Manager
Approve leave requests
Contracts
Approve hours
Write hours team member
Financial
Not on planning
Once you know which team members can take over some tasks, you can assign roles:
Click on the menu in the top right corner > Venue settings.
Then click 'Roles' on the left side of your screen.
Select the team members that you want to assign a specific role to.
