Notifications

Under notifications, you will find reminders about birthdays and expiring contracts, as well as notifications about ready-made exports, custom-made exports, and information about your integrations.

You can find the notifications in the top right corner of your screen. You know there are new notifications if there is a number behind the notifications.

New notifications can be recognised by the blue dot. You can mark everything as read once you have seen the notifications.

Reminders

Actions

Under 'Reminders', you will find notifications regarding birthdays and expiring contracts. From here, you can also go to the settings for email notifications, to specify whether you also want to receive a notification by email about birthdays and ending contracts or not.

In the 'Actions' section, you will find notifications regarding (automatic) actions, such as exported files, integration synchronisations, and errors.

1. Ready-made exports

In Eitje, you can run some ready-made exports for the planning, time registration, and labour costs. These exports can be found in the notifications when they are ready and can also be downloaded from there.

2. Custom-made exports
Did you create and export your own export? You can find it in in the notifications under 'Custom-made exports'.

3. HR integration

If you have an integration with an HR system, you can see notifications about the synchronisations here. You can see whether the sync was successful or if something went wrong with one or more team members and how to resolve it. For example, a certain team member was not imported because the BSN number is missing.

4. POS integration

If you have an integration with a POS system, you can see notifications here about the synchronisations with the cash register.

5. Loyalty integration

If you have an integration with a loyalty program, you will find the notifications here as well.
