Temporarily deactivate account

Are you a seasonal company and are you closing for the winter months?

Please contact an agent through support so we can temporarily close your venue. You will not receive an invoice in the months that you are closed. Keep in mind that we have a notice periode of 3 weeks before the end of the month (these 3 weeks start the day after the cancellation). So please request the cancellation on time.

After the break, please contact us again so we can reopen your account. Your account and data will be kept for at least 5 years. After reopening your account, you'll find it returned to its previous state.


Permanently deactivate account

Is Eitje not a good fit for your company and would you like to cancel the subscription?

Please contact support via chat and ask to speak with an agent so we can take care of the cancellation. Keep in mind that we have a notice periode of 3 weeks before the end of the month (these 3 weeks start the day after the cancellation). Depending on when you inform us about the cancellation, you might still receive one last invoice.

Tip💡: When you end your subscription with us, we'll mention the date when your account will be permanently closed. Until that date, you can export the necessary data from Eitje, for example the hours worked or leave balances. Of course, your account and data will be kept for at least 5 years.
