Piggy

Piggy is a loyalty program that allows you to reward employees for their performance on the workfloor. For example, when an employee took a total of 1000 shifts, or when someone is in the company for 12,5 years, or someone who works both weekend days. In Piggy, you create certain rules to manage the rewards. The integration with Piggy will automatically sent the data necessary to create such rules.


Which data is sent to Piggy?

  • Team members

    • First and last name

    • Date of birth

    • Contract type (fixed and flex)

    • Date of employment

  • Shifts

    • Start time

    • End time

    • Break

    • Type of shift (weekday or weekend)

Every evening at 11:00 PM, the data is automatically exported to Piggy. You can see all synchronisations in the 'notifications'. The sync cannot be done manually.

Activating the integration

The activation is done in Eitje

  • Navigate to Data > Integrations via the top menu.

  • At the bottom of the page, you'll find the loyalty integrations including Piggy.

  • Click on 'Add' next to Piggy.

  • Fill out the API-key. You can find this in your Piggy account.
    ​

  • Click on 'Activate integration'

  • Next, in the settings, you'll need to link the Piggy-shop(s) to your venue(s) in Eitje.

After activating Piggy, the team members and shifts will be synchronised immediately. You can see this in the 'notification' section.
