You can upload photos to Ekmob SFA through the Mobile Application by doing the following steps:
Start a customer's visit.
In the Photo section click on Add a Photo.
Choose either uploading a photo from the gallery or taking a new picture using the phone's camera.
Choose the photo's category.
If it is required you can add a note or a tag to the uploaded photo.
Click on Save.
Photo categories shall be updated through the Web's Application using the following steps:
In the Menu on the left side click on Profile.
Click on Settings.
Click on Categories and you can update it from Photo Categories.
