Users can make withdrawals of their Eldorado balance via SEPA Bank Transfer, Payoneer, Wise or Skrill. Withdrawals are processed manually by the Eldorado Team and take up to 5 business days.

Payoneer and SEPA withdrawals will incur a 4% percentage fee and 2 USD flat fee. Skrill withdrawals will incur a 5% percentage fee and 1 USD flat fee. To find out more about withdrawal fees, see our article about Payment Fees.

Withdrawals are only available for sellers. You will see the withdrawal option after your first completed sale.

The minimum withdrawal amount for all payment methods is $10.

SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) bank transfer withdrawals are processed in Euros (€). Currency is converted from USD to EUR at the time of submitting your withdrawal request. They can only be sent to bank accounts which support SEPA payments, available for most banks in Europe.

Skrill withdrawals are processed in Euros (€). Currency is converted from USD to EUR at the time of submitting your withdrawal request.

Payoneer withdrawals are processed in USD ($). To request a Payoneer withdrawal, you must first connect your Payoneer account. Withdrawals will be sent to your linked Payoneer account.

Wise allows users to select their preferred currency for processing withdrawals. When withdrawing funds using Wise on Eldorado, there is a 4% fee along with a flat fee of 2 USD. Additionally, there is a Wise fee associated with withdrawals in USD via wire transfer or CAD through SWIFT payments. More information here or check the table below.

After confirming your withdrawal, you will receive an email to claim your withdrawal on the Wise platform.
Wise will charge you an additional fee based on your currency and payment method.
