Task User Roles

Eleanor has different levels of users, which will enable users to access and do different things within tasks.

The user levels for tasks are as follows:

Task Master - A task master is a senior admin.

Task Manager - A task manager can accept tasks or delegate tasks to other users, such as task agents who will complete the tasks for their department.

Task Escalation Group - A user in the task escalation group manages all tasks which are in breach/breached and therefore, escalated to this group. although they will only receive notifications if assigned a task, or if a task is overdue.

Task agent - A task agent is somebody who is assigned a task, but can only see tasks they have been assigned, that are from their department.

(eg. a F&B task manager would only be able to see F&B tasks.)
