Firstly, you will want to log into Wordpress with your own user ID.
Once in Wordpress, scroll to and click the "services" tab in the left hand side panel.
From here, you want to press "Add New" next to the title "Services" at the top of the page, this will add a new service. You will need to give the new service a title and a brief description on what is happening at this event in the blank box below the title.
Scrolling down, we have the option to add this new service to a "Service Category" this will determine where the new service will show within the app.
Then, we have "Enable Post Expiration" this allows you to choose an expiry date, for example if this new service is only available for a certain date, you can choose an "expiry" date and this will then ensure the service is hidden from this date and time selected.
There is also an option to add a price in the "Price" box and a time for the activity in the "Duration" box.
You may also want to add other information for guests, such as the Prerequisites, Disclaimers or Cancellation Policy.
Just below the Prerequisites you can also add how many minimum guests can participate for this activity to happen.
Below this, we also have the "Venue" box, this is where the activity will be held or take place.
You can attach what is known as a "Bookable Offer" this is essentially an activity that is created in Eleanor, if you wish to add this, press "Attach new offer" and select the correct activity from the dropdown list that appears.
"Disable Booking" should be checked if you do not want guests to book, and unchecked if they should be able to book the activity themselves.
If this box is checked, there is also an option below called the "External Link" and "External Link Title", here is where you can input a link to a PDF within the App's File Manager or any other link you wish the guest to see that may be relevant to this activity.
The link would go in the "External Link" box and the title for the link would go in the "External Link Title" box.
Then scrolling back up, under "Featured Image" you can select an image that the guest will see when looking at the activity.
Once this is done, scroll up and hit "Publish" this will make the post Public.
