Please Note: This should only be done when all reservations need to be resynced - this is not suitable for resyncing a single reservation.
If reservation data is missing or out of sync, you can manually trigger a resynchronisation in Opera Cloud. Follow the steps below:
Step-by-Step Guide
Open the Main Menu
Navigate to Business Events
Go to:
Utilities → Synchronization → Business Events
Select the External System
Choose Module to Synchronize
Under Modules to Synchronize, select Reservations
Configure the Synchronization
Run the Sync
Click “Synchronize Business Events” at the bottom of the screen
What Happens Next
The system will begin generating the required business events.
After a few minutes (or more, depending on the volume of reservations), you should see a confirmation message:
“Business event triggers successfully generated”
Once this message appears, the resynchronisation is complete.
Notes
The sync may take a while to process depending on the volume of reservations.
If data still does not appear after syncing, allow additional time for processing or contact your IT team to check integration logs.
