How to resync a single reservation or Profile in Opera Cloud.

Occasionally, a profile or reservation in Eleanor may not align with the information shown in Opera. This can occur for a number of reasons; however, one of the quickest and most effective troubleshooting steps is to resync the reservation or profile.

To initiate a resync, locate the record in question - a reservation or an actual guest profile, then click on a "I want to..." button, normally located in the top-right corner of the main panel.

From the modal window that opens, please select "Resync to external system", and - if prompted - select "hConnect".

If the information still does not align after the resync has completed, you may need to review the message logs and change logs for the reservation or profile to identify any underlying issues that may be preventing the data from updating correctly.
