The Feedback Report is the latest addition to Eleanor's Reports section, designed to bring guest feedback from multiple sources together into a single, easy-to-review report.
Previously, this information was spread across several areas of the platform and, in some cases, was only available by reviewing individual records. The Feedback Report provides a central location where managers and department heads can quickly monitor guest sentiment and identify opportunities for improvement.
What information is included?
Depending on the modules enabled at your property, the Feedback Report can include:
Survey responses and guest comments*
Activity feedback and ratings
Complaints raised through Tasks*
Task resolutions and internal notes (where applicable)
* Requires the Surveys and/or Tasks modules to be enabled for your property.
Report Overview
The report provides both summary and detailed views of guest feedback, including:
Total submissions
Average ratings
Individual feedback entries
Guest comments
Review and resolution information (where available)
This allows teams to quickly identify trends, recurring issues, and areas of excellence across the guest journey.
Filtering Your Results
A range of filters is available when generating the report, allowing you to focus on the feedback most relevant to your department or area of responsibility.
Filters can be used to refine results by factors such as:
Feedback source
Date range
Rating scores
Department or category (where applicable)
This flexibility makes it easy to monitor performance, investigate issues, and track improvements over time.
Permissions
The Feedback Report is available by default to all Property Admin users.
Access can also be granted to other users through the User Permissions module, allowing departments and managers to review guest feedback without requiring full administrative access.
