Why Can't I Make A Booking?

5 things to check when you get an error making a booking.

If you’re having trouble making a booking, make sure you check these 5 things to ensure your event is set up correctly.

1) Is the Event already fully booked? I know, it's obvious, but it is still the most common reason why our users get an error when trying to add a new booking.

2) Has the Event been created? All Activities (and Resources) require Events to be added before they can be booked. Double-check an Event has been added to the Activity you’re trying to book, and that it corresponds to the time your guests wish to book.

3) Is there a Resource available for the Activity? Many Activities share Resources, so even if there appears to be space on an Activity, the associated Resource may not be available for the time you’re trying to book.

4) Is the Event long enough? If an Event has been added to an Activity, but its duration is less than the time set for the Activity, then the booking won’t be available. Try extending the Event time so that it matches the Activities duration.

5) Does the guest exist? If everything else appears to be correct, please just double check that the guests you’re trying to book exist, and are due to be at the resort on the date in question.
