How To Cancel A Booking

A simple guilde in how to cancel a booking.

To cancel a guest booking you first need to find the booking. There are two ways to do this;

  • Find the guest's profile, by going to "Guests" then searching for their name or room number, where you will then be able to see all their bookings, including the one that needs to be changed. Make sure you’ve also selected the correct status of the guest when you are searching.

  • Go to the “Upcoming Bookings" and search for the date and name of the activity which the booking is for.

Once found, you can click the "Edit" button to change a booking, this could include adding more people, removing some people, or cancelling the booking entirely.

To cancel a booking, simply change the status from “Confirmed” to “Cancelled”. This will cancel all guests from the booking.

If you are only interested in removing one or more guests from the booking, simply click on the “Trash Can” symbol next to the name of the guest you wish to remove. The booking will still be valid for guests that are not removed from the booking.

We always strongly recommend that the guests are contacted directly, before changing a booking to explain why a booking needs to be moved or changed - that way they will not be surprised when they are notified of a change in their itinerary.
