We have a range of different reports in Eleanor that all show different things.
I will go through the list of reports and explain them in more detail below;
Daily Bookings - the daily bookings report is used to see bookings on a certain day, there are also have a few options on narrowing down to see certain bookings such as by department (F&B, Water Sports etc), how to view the report by timing or activity, you can select which butler made the booking and you may also select if you would like to include cancelled or draft bookings.
Bookings Made Today - this report is used to see bookings from a particular day and also who made the booking (guests, staff or anyone) and similar to the daily bookings report you can select bookings by department and choose to include cancelled/draft bookings.
Created By Agent - this report shows bookings made by agents, you can select a particular agent to see which bookings were made by them and also the department and date range.
Bookings By Agents Made Today - similar to "created by agent" report, this report shows bookings created by ALL agents in a particular date range and also by department.
Significant Booking Changes - this report shows any significant changes that have been made to existing bookings, it shows changes to status, changes to guests (adding or removing guest), updates (eg. adding a note for vouchers for the guests). This report also shows the current status of a booking (pending, confirmed or cancelled) and who made the changes and the date and time of the changes.
Bookings With Attributes - this report is used to see what "attributes" are attached to a service or activity, this can be filtered date of the activity and department. It also shows the name of the guest and if this guest has any "attributes" selected. (Note, an attribute can be anything. Eg. Basket, Breakfast, Americano.)
Operational Report - this report is one of the reports we find resorts tend to use the most (mostly for F&B), the operational report provides a breakdown of percentage of guest bookings in each outlet on daily basis (based on selected date range) and these can be saved to pre saved reports (eg. a report for F&B Lunch with all lunch outlets listed and a separate report for F&B Dinner with all dinner outlets listed) which helps to see the breakdown of capacity clearly and effectively.
Participant List - this report shows an easy and quick way to see participants of a certain activity, in certain departments and on a particular date.
Arrival Report - this report is a handy way of seeing guest details such as room number, status of the guest and the check in steps that have been taken. You can also search for a guest by name, room number or confirmation code.
Arrival Report with Bookings - this report is similar to the arrival report however it also shows which activities the guest has booked onto and who this was booked by. It also shows the date and time they booked onto the activity for.
This report is also useful for showing guests who do not have any bookings.
Butler Report With Bookings - this report is used to check which bookings a particular butler has made for the guests, you can use the name search dropdown to identify a particular butlers guest bookings in PDF format.
Guest Report With Bookings - this report is similar to the Butler Report however shows the bookings made from the guests side within the app, you can select a certain date and can also see which guest made the booking for which time and day.
Opportunity Report - this report is particularly helpful to see where there is room for opportunity bookings and to see where less bookings are being made - this is a chance and a useful report to look at where to make changes.
