As your team grows and changes it is likely that you will wish to add new team members to Eleanor, so they can start taking advantage of everything on offer, helping create new bookings, and looking after your guests.
To create a new user in Eleanor, you will need to navigate to the "Users" tab on the Eleanor Dashboard, once in the user's tab, you should be able to see current users, and existing users, as well as to be able to add a new user, by clicking on the blue + button in the top right of the screen.
This will open a new screen where you will be prompted to enter the new user's details (and choose their Admin Role (see below).
Once completed you will have the option of either sending the user a confirmation link - which will verify their details and allow them to create their own password.
Or, generate a one-time, single-use password that the user will be able to use the first time they log in to Eleanor. On logging in for the first time, they will be prompted to choose a new password themselves.
