Firstly, navigate to the "Guests" tab in Eleanor, then there will be a few different options to help identify which guest you are looking for, you can search by name, room, reference number, arrival or departure date and current guest status (checked in, due in etc.)
Once you find the guest you are looking for, press the blue > on the right hand side of their profile and this will open a new window with all of their details. Everything the guest and team have provided will be shown here.
