Firstly, you will want to log into Wordpress with your own user ID.
Once in Wordpress, the first step to uploading menus is to find the "File Manager" tab on the left hand side, find the menu you wish to upload from your computer, drag and drop it into the window and it will appear (usually the one that is highlighted)
The menu may also need renaming if it includes spaces as it will appear in Wordpress as a broken link if there are spaces in the URL - to do this, simply right click on the pdf and select "rename" and make sure the name has no spaces (we can use _ to ensure there are no spaces)
Now that you have added the menu to the File Manager, right click on the menu again and select "Get Info" at the bottom, right click on the link that appears and copy this link, this is the link we will paste into the service.
Find the correct service for where the menu should go/be replaced and paste the menu.
