Users of Eleanor can manage their own passwords simply from the Eleanor interface.
If you have forgotten your password, you may be able to reset it from the log-in screen, simply click the "forgot password?" link, and follow the on-screen instructions;
For this to work you must have the following;
- Valid User ID
- Verified Email or Mobile Number
Providing you meet the above criteria, you will receive a link where you can reset your password either to your email or phone (which option you choose).
User accounts created before March 2024 may not have had their email/mobile verified, in this case, please contact your IT team.
If you wish to change your password, when you are already logged in, this can be done from your profile page.
The Profile Page can be reached by clicking your Name at the top of the screen.
Once on the Profile Page, simply click the Change Password button, and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you are unable to change your password, please contact your IT team at the resort for further assistance.
