Eleanor's E-Shop allows you to showcase and sell products through to the app to guests staying at the resort. Once selected, a notification is sent through to the designated person, and the guest can either collect the item from the Shop, Front Desk or have it delivered to their room.
If you wish to add a new product to the shop, this can be done in a few easy steps.
Please note to add an item to the shop you will need to be either a Product Admin or Manager.
1. From the main Eleanor page, navigate to the E-shops Page.
2. From The Shop's Dashboard, on the side menu, go to products
3. From the Product Screen you can either choose to edit an existing product or select "Add New", if you wish to add a new product to the shop.
4. On the Add New Product Screen, you can then enter the details for the products. Key fields that should be filled include;
Product Name
Product Description (shows when the product is selected)
Regular Price
Product Short Description (shows on the front page, before the product is selected)
Product Category (on the right side menu)
Product Image (this should be 900 x 900 pixels in size)
Once these are all added, you can then Publish the product and it will show in the store.
If your product has options (e.g. Colour or sizes), these need to be added after the product has been created.
To do this navigate to the Product Addons option, under Orderable, on the left-side menu.
Here you can create Product Options, either for groups of products or for individual products.
Click Add New, at the top of the screen to add a new set of options.
Here you can then create the different options available and set the prices for those options (if they are different to the base price - if they are the same, leave the price field blank).
Once created, you then need to set which product(s) these options are applicable for.
This is done in the Conditions window.
Once this has been set up - you can click publish on the right-hand side.
Congratulations - you should now have successfully added a new product and added any variable options associated with that product.
