To access help & support click on the "Chat" icon in the bottom right corner of the Eleanor screen.
From this Help window, you will be able to access the Latest News, Search for Help Articles and be able to contact the Eleanor Support Team directly.
Help Articles (Search for Help)
Eleanor's knowledge base is full of useful help articles on all of the features and commonly asked questions. Many of these articles also contain video guides on how to use the platform, showing you step-by-step the procedures to follow.
You can either search for an article using the search bar at the top, or you can browse articles by their categories, looking for the topic you need.
Support Team (Send us a Message)
The Support Team are available every day from 09:00 - 18:00 CET (European time).
During these hours you can send us a message, detailing your request and the team will aim to respond as soon as possible. Please note this isn't a live chat - whilst we do try to respond as quickly as possible it may be up to 3 hours before you receive a reply.
When sending a request please send as much information as possible - the chat wizard will guide you through the process, indicating some of the information support usually requires to assist with requests.
If you contact support outside of the support hours (09:00 - 18:00 CET), then your message will likely be responded to the following day, when the Support Team are next on duty.
