For any renters who are not respecting our terms and conditions of usage, we’ll apply contractual penalties. We’ll take care of charging and claiming these and will transfer 50% of the total amount to your Earnings account after successful retrieval of the contractual penalties.

It’s also good to note that we have a high success rate for managing debts and claims.
