Every time you log in, we send an email to confirm it was you. If you didn’t log in, then someone could have unauthorised access to your account. You need to:
Reset your password using the forgot password link - this will stop any other devices from being usable. After you’ve set the new password, if you’re still logged in on your app you won’t be able to click anything. You just need to log out and then log in again with the new password.
Send us a message - either using the button below, or email us on hello@electroverse.com. We will investigate all of the logins for you as a priority, and make sure your account is secure
Review your password security - Make sure you're using a unique password across accounts. Top tips for a secure password:
At least 12 characters long but 14 or more is better
Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
Don't use a word that can be found in a dictionary or the name of a person, character, product, or organisation
