I can't order an Electrocard!

Error message when trying to order an additional Electrocard

Are you receiving an error messaging when trying to order a second Electroverse charging card (Electrocard)? Your app may not be up to date!

Head over to the App Store or Google Play and tap 'Update' to ensure your using the latest version of the app.

If this doesn't fix your issue, just drop us a message in the app!
