If your Electrocard or fob isn't working, it's most likely an issue with the charger itself, or a temporary drop in the charger's network connectivity.
It's always worth a second attempt - if your card still isn't being recognised, follow the steps below:
Try activating your card or fob again in the app
If the card/ fob number pops up on the screen, then there's no issue with your card/fob
If the number doesn't appear, reach out to us so we can order you a new one and try to charge using the app instead
If you're still having issues, try contacting the operator themselves. Their details can be found on the in-app information tab for any charging point (or on the physical charge point itself!).
Although there's very little that can go wrong with your card or fob, if the problem recurs across different networks, please reach out to us via the app, and we will investigate and replace your card if needed.
