I have some pending payments on my account, but I can’t resolve them

Your access to charging through Electroverse has been blocked - how come?

There will be a set of instructions to follow in the Profile section of the app to resolve these payments. If you can't see the instructions, we’ve got a couple of things you can try:

  • Pull to refresh the app (press with one finger and drag down)

  • Force closing your app

  • Head to Profile > Support and tap ‘Clear Cache’ to reset your app

  • Check for any app updates or, as a last resort, delete and redownload the app!
