I need a new Electrocard (RFID)

We’d be happy to send you one! Just head into the Electroverse app, tap the Profile icon - found at the bottom right of the toolbar - then go into ‘My Electrocards’. We have a super handy blog if you need more information on ordering additional cards!

You don’t have to wait to start a charge with Electroverse. Tap here to discover a short video on initiating a charge through the app!

If your Electrocard has been lost or stolen, you can cancel it under the same section. Just press the 'Cancel Card' button under the selected Electrocard.
