Our Electrocards (RFID) or key fobs can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
Once you place an order, you'll see its status as 'Preparing' in your Electroverse app (or web browser). When your card or key fob arrives, you’ll need to activate it in your app, under the Profile section.
