How does Electroverse work with my Octopus Energy account?

The short answer:

Your UK Octopus Energy account does work with Electroverse, meaning you can log in and sign up to pay for charging with your energy account.

The detailed answer:

If you have an existing Octopus Energy account head to Profile> Manage Account > Payment Information and select ‘Pay with Octopus’.

Following the instructions on your screen, sign in with your Octopus Energy details and select your active account - hey presto, your accounts will be linked! From this point on, any charging you do through Electroverse will simply be added to your monthly energy bill.

The email on your Electroverse account needs to match the email on your energy account.

You'll see the charging sessions from the last week added to your statements every Monday.

You need to have a healthy Octopus Energy balance and an active direct debit on your energy account for the link to work - so please make sure this is set up on your Octopus account first.
