If you have linked a payment card to your Electroverse account, billing usually occurs immediately after a charging session.
We receive the data from the charge point operator and a receipt will be generated which you will be able to see in your app. This is normally sent to us right away but sometimes the data takes a scenic route, so there may occasionally be a delay of up to 72 hours.
If you ever want to check your charging receipts, head into the app and select the ‘Charging history’ toolbar icon.
