First, to check if a charging station is compatible with in-app charging, tap on the charger location on the Electroverse app map and check its ‘Access’ information. If you can charge using the Electroverse app at this location, ‘Electroverse app’ will be listed!
Within the charger information tab, you’ll also notice a ‘Charge’ button. Before plugging in, tap this button, choose the correct charger at the location and follow the on-screen steps.
For more information, scroll down to see a list of available chargers at this chargepoint. Select one to see all the Electroverse charging options for each connector.
When prompted by the app, connect your EV to the charge point by plugging in. Once connected, tap the ‘Start charge’ button on your screen.
Once the connection has been established, your app will show the ‘Charging…’ screen! Here, you can see: how long your charging session has been active and, with certain operators, how many kWh you are pulling from the charge point and the estimated price.
Once your car is charged and you’re ready to leave, simply drag the ‘Slide to stop’ toolbar across to the right-hand side of the screen - this will stop the charge.
