You can contact us via the app's help centre by tapping Profile > Support > Messages. We'll always do our best to get back to you as quickly as we can.

We don't have a telephone line; if you need support while charging up, we suggest contacting the charge point operator. You can find their details in the app, on the operator's website or on the charge point itself.
