How to Disable Top Tier Dropdown Menu Links

Disabling the link on top/parent menu item in case of dropdown menus

This can be easily changed in the Divi Theme Options.

Go to Theme Options > Navigation > General Settings
and enable the option called Disable top tier dropdown menu links
