Cache Issues
The problem is often caused by caching services running on the server or third-party caching plugins.
Ensure that the cache from any third-party cache plugin is cleared
Check with your hosting support to ensure the server's cache is cleared
Open the Email Opt-in module settings by clicking on the Gear icon
Go to the Content tab โ Email Account and click on the Fetch Lists button
If you're using the Bloom plugin, go to Bloom โ Email Accounts and click the Refresh icon to re-fetch the lists.
Check the Custom Fields settings
Login to your MailChimp Account
Under the Audience option, click on the All Contact option
Click on the Settings option and choose Audience fields and *|MERGE|* tags option
If the Custom Field(s) is(are) set to be required, ensure those are set as required in the Email Opt-in module as well
Check if the API key is Active
Login to your MailChimp Account
Click on your user profile icon (top right corner)
Click on the Account & billing option
Click on the Extras tab and choose API Keys
Ensure that the API key you are using is not disabled
