How to Use PeerPay: The Easiest Way to Transact

From your Element profile, open the Options menu (at the top left corner) and select People.

You can also open their profile by tapping their profile image in your chat list.

Tap the three-dot icon (at the top right corner) on the user’s profile and select Request.

Choose the wallet where you’d like to receive the tokens, enter the amount, and tap Request.

You can also initiate a PeerPay request within a chat. Tap the $ icon in the message field or select Request from the menu in the chat window.

Your contact will receive the request. Once they send the payment, the transaction status will appear in your conversation. Processing may take a short while.

From your Element profile, tap the Chat icon (at the bottom right corner), then go to People in the Options menu. This will display your added contacts.

Select a contact and open a new chat.

Tap the $ icon in the message field or the user’s profile picture and select Pay.

Choose the wallet and amount, then tap Pay. You’ll have a 5-second window to cancel by tapping Undo if needed. If not canceled, the payment will proceed.

You can view the transaction status in the chat window.
