Host a call w/the team (prior to store opening)
Take attendance on call
Post any additional resources (one pagers) in the backroom or in any active chats
Cross reference sales with promotions to gauge knowledge and understanding of promos
Be on the same page as your local Boost team (RAM, ISM, AE, etc)
Communicate any old merch that needs to be taken down the day prior and have them post photos the following morning showing the changes that have been made
