Important things to remember when pulling a report:  

  • ESN Value = 18 digits

  • IMEI Value = 15 digits

  • HEX Value = 14 digits 

  • Use as a coaching opportunity

Now, here is Skylar walking through the process of an appeal once the initial report is generated and research has taken place.

Skylar mentions a couple important aspects of opening an appeal when needed: 

- ePAY immediately starts doing its own research on the back end once an appeal is submitted

-Appeal can be escalated via the Escalation Form from your DDP once an Appeal ID is generated
