Platinum Selling is a way for Boost to ‘grade’ a gross add based on the type of transaction or feature. This video and 1 pager outline the 4 criteria that go into this grading system and the impact it has on 3rd month engagement.

  • Family plan weighted at 2 points, all the others at 1 point

**Each transaction can only get a maximum of 4 points, reason is because it can only include Family Plan points or Single-Line Port-In point (not both)

  • The higher the points = the better chance a customer will stay which increases 3rd month engagement

  • We want to continue to encourage BYOD Activation, but note that these customers are not given a Platinum score
