A Quick Note About Bill Pay Payments
We want to help make sure your payment gets to us without any delays!
If you use your bank’s Bill Pay service, please keep in mind that we’re unable to accept Bill Pay payments that are sent to us as a paper check. Some banks and services may automatically print and mail a check when you use their Bill Pay feature.
The good news is that ACH payments are accepted! If your bank gives you the option to send your payment electronically through ACH, you’re welcome to use that option utilizing a VaultKey.
Before submitting your payment, we recommend checking with your bank to make sure it will be sent electronically by ACH rather than as a paper check.

📬 Bill Pay paper checks — We’re unable to accept these and they will be returned.
💻 Electronic ACH payments — Yes, we accept these!
If you’re not sure how your bank will send the payment, your financial institution should be able to help you confirm the payment method.
