Scoreboard display

How to create scoreboard link in Elevien

This feature enables you to display the scoreboard or gymnasts' scores for each apparatus directly on the TV or any other screen in the venue. It's an effective way to ensure everyone in the arena stays instantly updated with the latest results.

How It Works:

  1. Open Elevien in your web browser

  2. Click on the Cast tab on the left side panel (before this step, please make sure that you have Beta features on)

  3. Only the competition administrator can create the scoreboard link from this section.

4. Once you click on "Create a New Link," the Results Scoreboard will be generated.

Text Screen

If you want to customize the text displayed on the screen, you can write the text you want and set the duration time for which the screen will be shown. You can set a new text by clicking the "New Screen" button.

Connect cast with code

  • Using Connect ensures a smoother setup and a more reliable display on your screens.

  • On the device you want to use as a cast, open: cast.elevien.com

  • If you have multiple links—for example, one for each apparatus —it’s highly recommended to use the Connect option. This feature allows you to link each screen directly to its corresponding link, helping to prevent confusion or accidental opening of incorrect links.

Edit details

Here you can change the name of your scoreboard. This name is just for your reference. If you select "Go" and "Final Score apparatus screens", the name will automatically update to that.

  • Choose whether to show the Results Scoreboard or the Go and Final Score Apparatus Screens.

  • Select Levels and Categories:
Decide which levels and categories to include in the presentation.

  • Select which apparatuses you want to display.

    Manual Recording:

  • Tap the green flag icon (as shown in the Supervisor view - Go to Results - Edit score)

  • The Go Screen will then appear.

Duration of Scoreboards

The duration of scoreboards can be set to unlimited, meaning they will automatically change based on specific actions such as Start Recording, Go Screen, Enter Results, Final Score, and then loop back to Start Recording or switch to Go Screen, and so on. This allows the scoreboard to run continuously without a fixed time limit.

Alternatively, you can set a specific duration (e.g., 4, 8, 12, 14 seconds, etc.). In this case, the scoreboard will stay on the screen for the exact amount of time set, then automatically switch or turn off, depending on your configuration.

Setting the scoreboard as "unlimited" makes it cycle automatically through actions until manually stopped. Setting a fixed time duration makes the scoreboard display for only that set period before switching or turning off.

Cast Queue

Clicking on the Queue button you can follow what screens are next in line to be presented on cast. There you can delete screens you do not need.

Cast Timer/Countdown

You can set a timer or a countdown to be shown on cast by clicking "New Screen" and selecting "Countdown".
