How to set up your account and access Elevien app.

Updated this week

How to Access the Elevien platform:

1. via the mobile app

Download the Elevien app for free from the App Store or Play Store. To log in, simply enter your phone number. For first-time access, you'll receive an SMS with a login code to get started.

2. via web browser

Open elevien.com and click "Log in" in the upper right corner. To log in, simply enter your phone number. For first-time access, you'll receive an SMS with a login code to get started.

What if I don’t receive an SMS with the login code?

  • Check if you entered the correct phone number, have a stable network connection, and try the Resend SMS code option.

  • Try the Resend code on WhatsApp option. In some countries, there are frequent issues with mobile service providers that do not affect delivering the login code via WhatsApp.

  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@elevien.com.

How to Set Up a Password?

Elevien has recently introduced a faster login option using a password. However, if you haven't set up a password yet, you must first log in using your mobile number and SMS before you can enable this option.

  1. Log in using the SMS code (do not select "Log in with password" if you haven’t set one yet).

  2. Once logged in, go to My Profile (located in the upper-right corner).

  3. Select Set up password.

  4. Enter your desired password and save the changes.

  5. After setting up your password, you can log in faster by selecting "Log in quicker with password" instead of "Log in with SMS".

We strongly recommend setting a password and saving it in your password manager for easy future access. This ensures your logins won’t rely on receiving a one-time SMS code, which can sometimes be delayed or undelivered due to mobile service provider issues.

What If I Forget My Password?

If you forget your password, simply log in using your mobile number and set a new password following the steps above.
