Download the Elevien app on your phone for free from the App Store or Play Store. To log in, simply enter your phone number. For first-time access, you'll receive an SMS with a login code to get started.

To log in the web app open elevien.com in your browser and click "Log in" in the upper right corner. To log in, simply enter your phone number. For first-time access, you'll receive an SMS with a login code to get started.

Check if you entered the correct phone number and have a stable network connection. If the issue persists, contact us at support@elevien.com.

Once you're in the app, you can set up a password for future logins. To do this, go to My Profile in the mobile app in the upper-right corner and set your password in the settings.

Setting up a password is currently possbile only via the mobile app, but the same password will work for logging in via web browser as well.
