On the Schedule screen in the web app, you can organise gymnasts by subdivisions and rotations, set start times, and structure the competition flow. Schedule editing is currently possible on on web app.
You can:
set the title and start time for each subdivision,
add gymnasts individually — or add them by club, program, or category,
generate rotations automatically using Generate rotations (rotate individual athletes or rotate by club),
reorder athletes inside a group/club by clicking the group and dragging the names,
freely add, remove, or rearrange gymnasts and groups at any time.
Publish after every change
After making updates, always click Publish.
If the schedule is not published:
judges and the audience will not see the new version, and
judges’ starting lists will be incorrect, because they are generated only from the published schedule.
Make a habit of publishing after each change — and verify the schedule before the competition begins.
Exporting schedules as PDF
Admins can export the current schedule as a PDF, making it easy to share with clubs, coaches, and participants.
The PDF always reflects the latest published schedule.
If the PDF doesn’t match what you see, publish the schedule and export again.
Choose which apparatus, discipline and subdivisions to include.
Optional settings let you:
hide winner announcements,
show grouped by club and category (age group)
show all rotations or only the first rotation of each subdivision.
If Show grouped by club and category is enabled, the PDF displays group names instead of individual athlete names. If it’s disabled, the schedule always displays each gymnast by name.
Mistakes happen - How to revert to the previous version?
By clicking on the schedule revisions icon (next to the schedule export button), you can revert to a previously published or draft version of the schedule.
