The Settings allows administrators to edit competition configurations after creation and manage additional options not available during the initial setup. It also includes the ability to delete tournaments.
Access to Settings is available only to users with an administrator role.
Editing Competition Settings
Competition settings are divided into two main sections:
1. Global Competition Settings
Edit the competition name
Update the competition poster image
2. Settings for Disciplines and Categories
Edit existing categories
Add new categories to disciplines and programs
Add and modify disciplines
Category Management Options
When adding or editing categories, the following options are available:
Apparatus settings
Category (Age group) Name
Input or edit the name of the category
Program (Level )Selection (only available during creation, cannot be changed later)
Start Date and Time
Set the start date and time for the category
Apparatus Selection
Select apparatus for the category
Note: Deselection is disabled if gymnasts have already been added to the apparatus
Video Visibility by Apparatus
Choose visibility settings for videos related to each apparatus
Recording Sound by Apparatus
Choose if sound is being recorded for the selected apparatus
Result list settings
Number of Attempts on Vault
Change the number of vault attempts:
Changing from 1 to 2 attempts is disabled if gymnasts have already been scored
Changing from 2 to 1 attempt is allowed but triggers a warning that the second attempt data will be deleted

Choose the result list format
Final Score Calculation Method (if vault with 2 attempts is selected):
Configure how the final score is calculated
Team Format (if a team-based result list is selected):
Define team competition settings.
The team format is defined as: X+Y=Z where X=number of scores that count towards the final score and Y=number of other team member whose scores doesn't count and Z=maximum number of team members.
only X and Y values are shown, while Y is counted automatically from those two and not shown in the interface
Scores settings
Allow Judges to Enter Scores
Enable judges to input scores. If turned off judges will not be able to enter score.
Allow Judges to Edit Scores
Permit judges to modify previously entered scores. If turned off judges can enter their scores, but cannot edit them afterwards.
Visibility of D Scores
Decide whether the D score is visible before the final score.
